InSens

An InSens sensor measures the kinetic energy released within a structure when it is disturbed and signals an alarm event when certain parameters are exceeded.

In addition to InSens’ disturbance measuring properties, this affordable sensor has a built-in tilt measuring capability that monitors any angular change in position of the sensor body.

InSens will therefore guard against physical intrusion attempts or the moving of valuable assets. InSens can be applied both indoors and outdoors.

An important feature of the InSens sensor is that the alarm processing software will reject environmental conditions such as changes in temperatures and disturbances caused by wind and rain. Detection parameters can be set to achieve the best balance between probability of detection and nuisance alarms.

The InSens sensor can be used to monitor any kind of structure that transmits kinetic energy. Typical examples are welded mesh, chainlink mesh, steel palisades etc. However, the application of InSens is not limited to perimeter structures, but can be used for burglary and roof detection, etc. InSens ensures the integrity of barriers and delay systems by allowing a timely response to intrusion attempts.
InSens can be applied to ensure detection when intruders attempt to breach any of the following:
  • Safes and Vaults
  • Gates
  • Fence structures
  • Burglar proofing and safety doors
  • Windows (Glass)
  • Power-line towers and pylons
  • Poles
  • Walls and roofs
  • Any combination of the above.
